Amazing work I had my underarms done $9 plus a fresh cut for $20 so worth it. The ladies in here are very nice very clean place and reasonably priced plus the owner- Saavy is very gorgeous and attentive! 🫶🏼🧿 love this place!

the staff is unprofessional and inconsiderate, my mother expressed not liking her hair cut and the hairdresser responded that they “don’t cut boys hair” and that “the men’s hairdresser was next door”. very backhanded and unnecessary

This review is specifically about one staff member, not the entire salon. The girl who handled my service — the younger staff member compared to the other two present that day — was poorly trained, unprofessional, and completely ignored my requests, which made my experience very disappointing. I booked a premium 45-minute facial, specifically for a soothing facial massage and longer duration. The lower-priced facial is 30 minutes, so my main concern was proper attention and massage for the full 45 minutes. However, she spent almost 20 minutes leaving the face pack on my face, while attending another customer and chit-chatting outside, as if my service was just a time pass to make it seem like a long-duration facial. The remaining time of the facial was wasted with harsh scrub and minimal massage, leaving my main concern completely ignored. During the facial, she harshly scrubbed my cheeks, causing redness. I told her to stop using scrub and massage with cream instead, but she did it for barely 40 seconds to one minute, which is unacceptable. In a proper 45-minute facial, massage should last at least 10–15 minutes. It felt deliberate that she ignored my main concern, making the service ineffective. I also paid for a 10-minute back massage, which was my main reason for visiting due to shoulder and back stiffness. During the massage, she rubbed my back very lightly, despite my repeated requests for firmer pressure. When I asked her to do it firmly, she said I should go to a spa or massage center. If she could not provide the service properly, she should have denied it upfront before taking the payment, not say it casually while doing the massage. She also used a hot stone during the back massage. Instead of performing the massage properly, she grabbed the hot stone with a cloth and put it on my back for 2–3 seconds, then removed it immediately. It seemed like just a show, not a proper massage technique. Another serious issue was her lack of professionalism and respect for privacy. She opened the door while I was changing and told me to go to the washroom without giving proper time, which was highly uncomfortable and unacceptable. Throughout the service, she talked sweetly, but sweet talk cannot cover poor skills, lack of training, misleading behavior, and unprofessionalism. I even gave a tip out of habit, but in hindsight, it feels completely wasted, as the service was pathetic and not worth the money. This visit was on December 25th (Christmas Day), my first time at this salon, and the owner did not seem to be present. The salon clearly needs better supervision, proper training, and clear guidance for staff, especially for personal services like facials and massages. Overall, this was a very disappointing, unprofessional, and misleading experience, and I will not be returning. I strongly feel this poor service needs to be highlighted so others are aware.

I've been going to this place since October 2024 everyone is super friendly, eyebrow threading is 5 dollars they do a great job! They always clean up my brows nicely and I will continue to go here.

I came here to do my eye brow threading. It was a nice place. I waited a few minutes. The threading is $4. The person who did my eyebrows did it very quickly. I didn't have a chance to look at myself fully in the mirror. But from a far it looked great. When I had a chance to look at myself fully at home... my left eye brow wasn't even with the right and she didn't even fully finish...it was disappointing, I wanted to give this place a good rating... But the place offers many services & hopefully that was one time...but I was slightly upset, and had to use my tweezer before my vacation.
